Andrei Bulatov was born in Russia, in the Urals, in 1959.Andrey began his design career at the age of 10, making souvenirs from wood in an art studio. After graduating from high school, Andrey studied at the Sverdlovsk Architectural Institute (now the Ural State University of Architecture and Art) at the design department.
