Iris Mount Timp Beauty by Regina Geoghan. A close up view of the center heart of an iris named Mount Timp. This historic iris, cu;tivated by Tell Muhlenstein and introduced in 1945, is a glorious rainbow of colors with yellow, each, pink and mauve hues in the standards, yellow beard and white falls edged and speckled with purple and blue and patches of a very pale blue shading on the white. One of those beautiful irises that is beautiful overall to see but where a very close look reveals the magnitufe of color range and variations in one flower.
